 ive seen many people choked out and never heard anyone snore like that ??? he also had an easy armbar on the guys left arm if the guy wasnt tappin from that choke

Can someone explain why the snoring? Are they sleeping? Or is it a coma-like state?

There's two arteries transporting all the blood to your brain for oxygen. And I think if either or both arteries get tighten up then most likely you'll pass out. That is if it's not too hard otherwise your wind pipe will get crushed.
