No never moved I didn't do loads of reps it was in the end of my chest workout the last excersise
So I was only doing 4 reps max
To get the full effect you should try heavy sets at the beginning of your workout,  right after you inject.

You really think these guys train like this when the camera isn't on?

Are you saying that these movements are the keys to their development?

Don't be foolish.

Thought you could do better.

How the fuck are you equating floor presses with some complicated marketing gimmick?

Coach, do you use synthetic Testosterone or any other exogenous hormones/compounds?

You have been polite when I have asked questions of you so I will reason with you.

It has been mentioned several times that Coach may use hormones.  Since he is a S&C coach and participant, I am curious.

Since he puts a lot of his training techniques out there for show, I think it's a fair question to ask. Is it not?

Asking a small business owner who puts himself out there on a public board about if he's using gear or not doesn't seem to be any of your business. He has exposed who he is on the Internet, you haven't. We don't know your name or where you work.

You seem to just enjoy stirring the pot, for the sake of just stirring the pot.  Just my .02.....

It's naive of you to even think one thing has to do with another. Why not come down and train....or does that scare you? You're obviously just one my troll haters who refuses to make yourself known. Although I'm narrowing the possiblity of who it might be, and they both seem to be cowards. But remember. If my business is slandered in anyway in my community I know where to look first and I pretty much have endless resourses to track you.

Tell me Chiro, if you are calling me out for stirring the pot, why did you follow me over to this thread?

Only an idiot would put his name out on here, especially getbig of all places. Why would anyone do that....oh wait, maybe they need "real" internet friends.

Coach, a simple "no" would have worked, but I get it. Very clear.

Now, please stop with the "meet me here touhguy" challenges.

Settle down and stop being so paranoid.  Just because we don't agree with each other, doesn't mean I'm going to slander or attack your business. I have said it from the beginning, good for you making a living.

Trust me, nobody cares enough. But, you really should be careful of what you put on the web. It WOULD be entirely too easy to bring your business down by what you do on the internet using your real name.  The internet is what it is.  This is not the real world.

Coach, you're evading the question. Remember, YOU'RE the supposed expert, not me. Remember, I do not know what I am talking about and I weigh 110 pounds, so why are you asking ME what the correlations are?

I ask again: how does floor presses increase overall strength (bench press)?

1. Increase tricep strength
2. ?
3. ?
4. ?
5. ?
6. ?

Surely you can fill in the above points with a few brief words. So no need to write a full, detailed article. I am sure an expert can briefly fill in the above points without writing a whole article.

Was waiting for coach to answer this one :(
