didn't watch the vid
4 sets of any forearm exercise, i like rev curls and done. small muscle no reason to do anymore

Those are some good curls. I like doing those over the reverse bb curl at times.

grip the bars hard and stop using wrist straps, you wont need forearm work

I hate that thing. I have this V-shaped bar that you put the weight on in the middle that worked really well. I let my brother use it and he developed some good forearms.

Not very known but effective forearm exercise. In the regular hammer curl the bicep is the weak link but with leverage the forearm gets more work.
