How to use Prolab Amino 2000 for the most successful? Please advise me in other method exempt from the nutrition facts on this product.

its just amino acids. If youre already taking protein powder you don't need it. If the rest of your bases are covered, use it for pre-workout. Sorry to say something like this isn't a exactly a wonder-supplement.

Why someone said use it for pre-workout, someone said use it for post-workout? Please advise me more.

either/or works just fine, take it both times if you want to. The point is, Amino acids on their own aren't really worth much at all. Its basically protein in the simplest form which is good, but your taking it in minimal levels, which is bad. Technically you could take a whole bottle of that over a couple days, and you're equalling the amount of amino acids you'd get in a few protein shakes.
