The older I get, the less bothered I am about missing gym time.
I had to take 2 weeks off about 2 weeks ago for work reasons, got back into it for a week, then got sick and had another week off last week, and next week I fly away for 3 weeks holiday.
Coach Huang is an inspiration for us older guys - but at the moment I'm as much in need of mental time off as physical. I'm sure I'll be fired up when I get back.
