What would you do?
« on: July 30, 2012, 01:18:46 PM »
I am a life long bodybuilder and gym rat, having competed extensively in bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions in the late 70's and into the middle to late 80's. Recently, my training has been going great and my strength has been increasing, though I am in my late 50's. But, I am looking for something to help me get that extra "Kick" in the gym and in my workouts. Health is not an issue and as i stated above, I am still very very strong. I just need something to push me along, a bit, in both strength, stamina and help lower my percent of body fat. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think that testosterone is all you really need. At your age you could probably get it from a doctor. TRT as in Testosterone Replacement Therapy. If you want to do your own TRT take 250 mg of one of these test e/c/sust per week or if you want to do a proper cycle you can use more like 500-750 mg weekly and add different compounds such as deca to it, but if you simply want some boost, this will be more than enough for you. As far as lowering bf, eca works good or if your not hurting for money you can use hgh, which should really benefit you.

Thanks! This is exactly what I was thinking. Through a doctor is more a monthly thing and I was thinking on a weekly or bi-weekly thing. I appreciate the information. One last question, what would I need to take to keep the testicles going or to kick them back in gear?

Well you can take the Rx you get from the doc and get more test on your own. You really do need to inject at least once a week. Hcg will keep your testes full, but even without that you will be able to function just fine. (Better).

After your cycle (permanent trt might be a good idea) but if you cycle you really do need to use Clomid and/or Nolvadex. For example 16 weeks of testosterone enanthate at 500 mg weekly. And you could get away with a light pct (post cycle therapy) such as: 20 mg per day of nolvadex for 4 weeks and 50 mg per day of clomid for the same. One of them might be enough also.

Luo summed it, up.

The best way to go about it to go to your doc and get a script for testosterone. Once you do that, just go to your local pharmacy and get the testosterone, but i personally wouldnt use those. I'd order my own from some reputable UGLs, and save the human grade ones for rainy day.100-150mg a week is a good starting point, you'll feel like a new person.
