saw a mass monster using wrist wraps to day. made a big production about getting them as tight as possible..........he was using the leg press  :D

Yes taking a pyramid-shit directly into your shorts plus retaining all the scent/knowledges without losses will lead to new gains.

I have worn one of those!! It makes it really hard to breathe when you're doing cardio... Axe Murderer Silva tapes a snorkel in his mouth and plugs his nose...same basic concept.
