Can a 150 lbs UFC fighter beat any 250lbs guy who has some fight skills???

I got into a fight with an MMA fighter who was about 130, and I was 240 lbs at the time and not to brag but I am extremely strong. I won pretty easily, but he has only fought maybe 3 local fights and overall is a giant bitch lol. It was nothing to go home braggin about. He did start the fight however, mainly over his ex girlfriend being obsessed with me at the time.

My roommate went to D2 wrestling nationals and is about 200lbs and would whoop my ass no doubt. I also think a majority of well trained MMA fighters would kick my ass too lol. I have only a little bit of fighting experience, but certainly not enough to make me feel confident enough to start shit with someone, no matter how big I am.

Anybody in the ufc 155lb division would easily handle a 250lb non-fighter, it doesnt matter if the big guy has had a few bar fights or whatnot. I'd bet the house on the 155lb professional.

I use to watch the same thing in the boxing ring. I have seen big guys after hitting the bags for a couple of weeks want to spar. They would be insulted that the owner would put them in with the twink like skinny kid. The skinny boxer would put a beating on them.

I said it in an earlier post. If you think that trained fighters are nothing compared to your perma bulker big weight lifting body go to a real boxing gym or MMA dojo. You will be quickly humbled.

Same or similar skillsets - yes. But again, anything can happen on any given day.

Probably depends on height. If similar height, maybe. Some big guys are pussies and some are bad arses

Also I tend to think people overestimate mma fighters, making them godlike and unbeatable

They may have more skill and technique. But a 250 lb guy, if he can punch and connects.
