"Fair share" is an absolute lie.
at worst it's a subjective judgement
most think the weathly should pay a higher % of their income so by that definition it's completely true and since we have a progressive tax system if someone on the top is paying a smaller % than someone at the bottom (through loopholes of tax evasion schemes) then they are not paying their fair share
