Award for the worst gym in America goes to...

LA FITNESS!!!!!!!!!  

So instead of going to LFF I normally go to, i decided to hit the LA Fitness on North Dale Mabry in Tampa. It was around 5:15pm so i assumed it would be packed and it was. The atmosphere in that place is shit! Too many fucking machines and so many douche bags in there that do 5-6 sets on everything.

Couple of days ago.. Had to wait for one dude finishing up his 7 sets of presses on the only calf machine in the fucking gym. He just dropped the weight endlessly it seemed. Wanted to slap him.

This is always the story after the vacation weeks. Everybody wants to be a fitness enthusiast for 1-2 months
