Right around November. The units on the front side will open up. Around 1900 sqft. Just waiting.

Not torture. More like back to reality when gyms were actual gyms and not some foo foo meat market like 24hr fitness or LA Fitness or a Golds franchise. We have no Abercrombie models that want to look like chicks in here!!

I wonder what kind of interesting vapors and metal particles all these people are breathing in at these gyms in warehouses that have hosted heavy industry for decades.
