Angiogram is most accurate, however, invasive, so not without side effects, although minimal.

just heard this about rosie odonell when she went to a cardiologist. if this is true how do they administer this test, and is it accurate and shouldnt this test be alot more accurate than hdl readings?

Yes, by several methods. Easiest is doppler ultrasound, for instance of the arteries in your neck. Invasive procedures are  angiograms/ SPECT perfusion etc...

Getting a Coronary Calcium Scan is one of the best thing you can do to check your arteries.

Write a short clear not on a piece of paper 1/4 inch larger than a dollar bill and keep it in your wallet at all times telling you and anyone else to open the teabag and dumb it in your mouth.
