Keith was a constant thorn in my ass as equally as Vince Basile.  I think it has to deal more with me coming in better condition at my last show in 2009 along with just being as being much older than I originally begin on Getbig in the late 90's. :-\

I used the word bee pollen and cayenne pepper as a code words for when I was selling gear back in the day....somehow it got twisted by people who obviously didn't know better..... ;D   

I do have the A.M site so Mayhem technically isn't all dead as I'm going to make a permanent fixture for my business but I do miss Muscle Mayhem.  I offered Chad 2k to buy the site but he just would not sell the damn thing.  Honestly, if I had the files, I could easily bring the site back abeit the picture downloads which I would delete as it was the reason he had to spend so much money a month on bandwidth. 

But there was a lot of good things that came from Muscle Mayhem.  Ron had to seriously step up his game to compete and many of the poster went on to do great things in the industry.  Mike is the online editor of Flex, Leroy Brown is with MD, Lana made her name in her Egg Whites, DoggCrapp built True Protein, Shelby Starnes, Mark Dugdale, and Layne Norton broke ground there.  And of course....the infamous Team McFarland......etc.



Shame we don't have this around here....its sometimes needed... ;D

He worked for Elton for over 20 years as his bodyguard before he retired. Jim Morris is 77 years old.  He still gets paid from Elton from what I understand.
