I have used other cars parked along side the road but mainly just hit a side chest and a right tricep pose. aot of you guys do it too! just admit it!I always feel jacked up after a workout.
Sometimes I'll do some relaxed poses, then a vaccuum, and an ab/thigh, MM.... Then when cops pull up alongside, I'll put my clothes on quick.
