dieters eat like OLD people=low calories just sitting around

so why diet if your gonna have low energy.

when dieting your day is comparable to an old sedentary person who doesnt eat much

alot of old people die from not eating enough as they get older they eat less and less. imagine getting your grandparent and working with them dillgently and intensevely with progressing there activity and getting them to eat more falcon food like beans and morning star soy burgers and soy chicken nuggets, french fries , strawberries on cheerios ect.

imagine if you got an older persons calories up to around 4000 perday i bet they would feel great because they would be so ACTIVE to generate that kind of appetite

you CAN diet if your not stimulating your appetite

there is no one that can stand around and paint all day everyday on a diet youll feel miserable with life. some of you think your tuff, but your not, its because your sitting around feeling tuff, once you stand for many hours you get even more hungry than a stupid 800 calorie diet to sustain you and repair your muscles organs and blood

Yes most people think "diet" is something you do for six weeks or whatever that fixes everything then you go back to your usual disgusting and shameful lifestyle.

Science has proven that it's much healthier for example to eat 3000 calories a day and burn 1000 above your basal than it is to eat 2000 a day and burn nothing.  But our public health message is almost entirely focused on counting calories and a bunch of "eat this / oh god don't ever eat that" nonsense and making McDonald's and friends out to be the bad guy instead of calling people to task for taking responsibility for their own fitness.

what if a gay dieter had that 1 extra tomato per day that 1 extra carton of strawberries per day on that bowl of cereal
what if that gay dieter had 1 extra bowl of pinto beans per day


gay dieters are missing out on serious building blocks of life when they diet. sure you get a little softer becaudise your holding more water. but holding more water when your eating good foods is a natural thing

why turn ones self into feeling tired like an old person who hasnt ate alot in years

the pattern emerges NOW you start dieting now and carry it out through all your life just for that little -2 inches of water around your stomach that you dont want to get


extra weight , sure its more stress on heart, but just like a workout is stress on the heart is it not? extra fat/water is like wearing ankle weights and a weighted vest, eventually your appetite compensates to handle the load

Do you suppose a fat hoe will sometimes diet and then get some more attention from a-free-cans and then continue to diet, do the detriment of her health and physique?

99 percent of fat hoes still eat meat, as a matter of fact most of there diet is meat, in doing so they will never reap the benefits of any sort of plan in one direction or the other because the heme-iron all the while is contributing to cardio vascular disease

vegetables fruits and grains dont contribute to cardio vascular disease except when combined with heme-iron laden meat

all studies showing grains and sugars causing cardiovascular disease are misleading because "average" people eat grains and sugars WITH there heme-iron meat products
