Students from China and India coming over to get an education (just like in Europe) are the only ones seeking temporary residency so they can get a degree, go home and become rich there is the norm these days.

Well Australia and the US just signed a legislature to allow no background checks for immigrations between the countries, so people are definitely migrating from Australia to the US... Oh... and Canada.

I know of 3 RECENT Australian immigrants PERSONALLY.

America will not change, it's who we are. We own our homes, drive big cars, and work hard. Europeans have it great, but they don't own shit and their countries are going tits up because they retire too early and live off of the government tit. Not saying its bad or wrong, but we are culturally different in that way, and will continue to live off of credit, and work ourselves to death to pay shit back. As long as 1% of th population realizes this, there will always be a 99% slave workforce as you call it. I for one, will take full advantage of the stupid as long as I can.

Also, the same holds true for whoever the republican is... it's the middle ground that you always have to win... Paul could win the middle ground... Romney doesn't seem to be able to.

Mmmh. Newsflash, it s never ever going to change... always been that way, will always be that way -as long as life exists on planet earth- that's the law of nature. That's what you see outdoor, on tv; people using different strategies of survival to survive, even if it means killing other people, or at least lowering their odds of survival if it means increasing theirs. Living things killing each others randomly and indefinitely to insure their own survival, because that's what every single living thing is designed for ; to blindly survive and replicate with no other purpose. Succedding at doing so produces "hapiness" in human brains", failing to do so produce "stress" and "despair".
 Same thing going on on every single planet in the universe where the conditions for life are met.
 Everything else is just a "result", a "product", of that cold truth that underlies everything that exists. So, in order to be happy, just find a system that allow you to survive, control, dominate others instead of being dominated, controlled by them. Whatever your main strategy of survival is, as long as it works...you re going to feel "happy" to see others fail while you ll succeed at insuring your own survival and/or the survival of your genes.
