it depends, if he is above 6' tall then its totally possible. 21 on your regular 5'7 bber would look way more impressive though.

I guess it's fair to say judges have him ranked as the second best bodybuilder at the moment. Does it really matter that much if he goes up one more spot? I like Branch, but he's not a top 3 Olympia competitor. Looks great from the side, okay from the front and horrible from the back.

Exactly! Branch has won the ARnold and placed 2nd at the O just like Flex Wheeler, Shawn Ray and Rich Gaspari.
Of course your offcial contest record is not as important as your getbig popularity hahaha
