Just explain that you are loyal to her and don't need to be married. If her clock is ticken and she wants to be married and you feel the same then say ok, but I want this contract in place 1st( use a sexier word then contract .. For a prenup to be valid you both need to be repped by different attorneys, there has to be a 7 day period between when she takes receipt of the doc( certified mail) and when you sign it, it also has to be notarized. Your lawyer should walk you through it. If she puts up a fuss it's a BIG RED FLAG. If she gives u some bs "oh what if you die" you can always draw up a separate trust with your possessions and her as beneficiary. If you get divorced you just change the beneficiary.

Ive seen it the other way around, and the woman is mad that the dude can run around and spend/take/whatever he so chooses, due to tem being married. He just doesn't get the house (it's stated in the prenup) when they get divorced.

For a prenup to be binding it can't  be one sided, "you get no benefits but I get a lot of benefits" What a prenup does is establish separate accounts and possessions cut and dry. Meaning what he makes is his AND what she makes is hers. So if this guys wife goes out and lands a great job and buys a big house,car, ect, it's all hers and he has no legal recourse to go after it. The prenup protects BOTH parties from sharing income. In the example of them buying a house they would both have to be on title to try and claim it. Meaning in your example SHE bought the house in her name only. If he was out spending "their" $ they would of had to open a joint account together, which they prob wouldn't have if they agreed on having everything separate.

Make a mini documentary about the prenup on film with family members on both sides and friends. That way when the marriage fails(and it will), you will have overwhelming evidence on your side should she try to sue for some of your shit.
