Looks kind of fake, as if someone is filming a photo of a paint smear while moving the camera around.
The second clip looks a bit more "convincing." If you watch closely, you can actually see movement in the object, rather than just movement of the camera around the object.
Regardless, how many times have we seen "proof" before? Not only that, but commercialy available software technology enables most of the general public to make better videos than the hoaxes produced 20 years ago.
FOX probably caught wind of the story, posted it, then took it down because they found out it's a hoax. If it was real and they had the footage & info, NO news station/website would postpone the airing. They'd make sure to be the first to present the story!
