Yes... Courts have ruled that jailbreaking can not void your warranty in any way.

If someone says otherwise, you kindly explain they are wrong.

Basically means I can watch blueray at home on my ipad with no trouble.

You pay all that money for one of those things and you can`t even do that out of the box?
