Most people are addicted to caffeine. Soda, coffee, energy drinks, pre workout supps etc.... Try going without caffeine for more than a day, and you will have the same side effects as a junkie.

I've been using it over a year just for the "energy rush motivation" to get my ass to the gym......I stopped cause I heard is not thealthy to used it over 3 months non stop .... (I was over a year I think) so I stopped about 20 days ago (gave the body a break) then bougth the Labrada version which is hard to mix and doesnt taste that great....and I just dont feel that rush no more on my way to the gym....feel like I need to go back to the BSN version, but at the same time have mix feelings about it ..... what should I do ?WOOOSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHH
it's not a joke, people just think it's something it isn't. it gives you a hellacious pump and crazy energy. Some will say it's "shit" and just drink a cup of coffee...it does exactly what they say it does for me...nothing more nothing less. and i don't want a cup of coffee...LOL
I eliminated all caffiene two years ago along with protein powder and carbonated drinks. The first month was bad...always feeling run down but eventually you come to feel so much better than you ever did while on that shit.
