IGF and fasting (west coast turn channel to PBS now)

Very interesting show on RIGHT NOW on PBS. West Coast getbiggers should tune in. Talking about fasting and low protein consumption to lower IGF1 thus lowering cancer and cardio vascular disease.

Those people are fucking retards, the last thing an older person needs is lower systemic igf1 . Do the geniuses even mention the igf 1 to igfbp3 ratio is what causes cancer risk?

Exactly. How about insulin receptors on cancer cells.... Carbohydrates (Sugar) is perhaps the worst catalyst for cancer growth.
