Have for years and really starting to get sick of 'em

Anyone had success with meds or surgery?

is your blood pressure okay? sometimes that will cause nose bleeds

You have one chance mate, get the nasal cauterization, I did after I had a bad nosebleed during which I drove myself to the hospital using one hand to keep a pressure bandage on my nose.
AFTER the cauterization, no problems....

Maybe or sinus issues if in the USA pollen is high now causes allergies and nose/sinus issues.
