No...kliling until there is nothing left to kill is a method....agree or not. Maybe a better way to say it is better to kill them in Afghanistan then here. Iraq was different...however we killed alot of really skilled jihadi nuts there. I would say we killed the cream of the nutbag crop for atleast a generation in Iraq.

Haha, ...when you take out an entire generation, ...you usually take out the cream of the crop along with everything else.
