Most whey protein powders are basically sugar powder enriched with some vitamins and the protein is a by-product from a dairy processing plant.Those 40 dollar cans of protein cost about 3 dollars to produce. The plastic tub it comes in is often worth more than the powder itself.I think you would have to be an idiot go buy that shit. Just drink a glass of milk instead.
