Author Topic: Weight Training + Intervals PWO + 5km Run = Lean, Ripped Physique  (Read 1480 times)

I've come to the conclusion that if you do not want to diet and eat chicken and broccoli 5x a day, a high level of activity will help you achieve a ripped physique.

All you have to do is:
-Eat like a normal person but eat in moderation.
-Weight train 3-5x a week
-Weight lifting MetCons 3x a week
-Run 5km 5-7x a week

I've observed a few people at the gym who trains like this and eat what they like.

Of course, this plan won't get you ripped and huge, but it will definitely get you sub 10%, fit, ripped and strong.

Anyone agree with this?

in order to get ripped all you need to do is eat less cals than you burn

it's very simple in theory, but very hard to do, coz most peeps are pussies and they can't handle hunger

Yes this is true. But I'm not only looking at it from a fat loss perspective, but also a fitness perspective

Wow! So if one burns more calories than they consume, either by reducing intake or increasing activity, they lose weight. Thanks for the groundbreaking info.  ::)

i got shredded without ever feeling hunger

hunger does not eaul shredded

I never paid attention to diet. I just ran and lifted. Guys at work would say they never seen anyone who can eat as much as me. I also drank beer 3 times a week. I wasn't ripped but I was pretty lean. I do have to get my act together in the diet department.

I have seen guys that look really lean but they are torturing them self in the diet department. Then I see them doing the old lady walk on a treadmill. It must be hell to deprive yourself of food instead of working out hard.
