on a pro level these guys are for at least a portion of the yr are in unreal shape to compete,expos,pics,its the standard there held too and having to maintain it maybe not in true contest form,but big and somewhat lean is not easy to do without 'help'24/7...

I wouldnt think any one can look like that naturally in all honesty. He was way to full at a low bf%.

I guess he could be genetically gifted ecto ofcourse. Ultra lean but can gain alot of muscle.

I can only speak for myself, but if you guys are implying my look wasn't naturally achievable you obviously haven't been obsessed or don't have genetics to support leans. When you get someone that believes that 1970s Arnold was natural, and only bodybuilders in the 90s and up were on roids, mixed with someone who is OCD and tries to be a perfectionist, you get a natural lifter with a decent physique that lazy people would pay extra for the hormones to half ass their workouts/diet too.

BY NOW EVERYONE KNOW'S LATE 50'S EARLY 60'S AND UP DRUGS WERE INVOLVED ,,THERE ARE SOME OLD PICS FROM THAT ERA THAT SHOW CLEAN TO A USING BBER ,,EVEN THO THE DIETS AND CONDITION WASN'T EXTREME,THEY HAD GREAT ABS AND FULL LOOKING AND HARD ENOUGH MUSCLE MASS TO SHOW FOR IT.LEGS WEREN'T THE EXTREME NORM IT BECAME LATER ON LATE 70'S TO 80'S WHEN HAVING LEGS WERE JUST AS IMPORTANT.

Well, yeah. I'm just illustrating I was a naive teenager, so are a LOT of teenagers still, and the general public. Most people still think Arnold didn't take roids, even when he straight up admits to it.
