that pic was after delt and arm workout 2 days after competition, still some diuretic affect happening plus glycogen stores full from 'cheat' meals.

Competing at USN Classic at Bodypower Expo on saturday if any getbiggers are there come check out the show, I will be on at 11am in over 90kg catagory :)
