Most likely he has a torn or partial tear in his rotator cuff(s) and needs to do some rehab exercises to strengthen them up.

fuck sake guys leave the guy alone. I do not know him but why all the piss taking? sure he competed a Long time ago but he still did compete. Vince is old School and he i am sure has met a few People in his time.

this isnt about me its about him bro. would like to see vince in better spirits he is getting up in age, and honestly that is a fucking great accomplishment i hope i make it that many years props to vince

vince has never gave me ever a good word on here, but im not that type of guy that fights battles that dont need to be fought or hold grudges for silly personality reasons. i legitly want to see this man thrive

i have a fair amount of block sharp cheddar cheese during the day its so satisfying , i cant exactly substitute that for peanutbutter. i do like peanutbutter though but im saying theres no benefit with taking it out for me
