Cung Le told a reporter that a photo of him that he'd posted on his Instagram page showing him looking exceptionally more muscular than he ever had in the past was simply the result of luck. It was taken in the perfect light, snapped at the perfect time, Le said.
Hahaha! It was so obvious!  he was in his best shape ever!

He was always in great shape when he was fighting san shou, but yeah, at ....42? years old - it sure as hell wasn't just fortunate lighting and the ability to train injury free.

Good on the UFC for cleaning up its sport. I don't want to see big GH guts winning all the top fights, looking smooth from the slin with no natural flow bring back the 80's look.

The test they use can detect it up to 72 hours supposedly. Still drop everything at least a week out. Dumbass.

Btw, Cung Le caught whilst licensed for the fight -> 9 months ban
Wanderlei Silva caught refusing a drugtest whilst not licensed, nor having sought for a license, from NSAC (thus no reason for them to test him) -> Banned for life?


Good for Wanderlei that he retired since he's way passed his prime, but what's up with this divergence of punishments?

OK need some help here. To test for HGH levels one must fast for 12 hours. Now if you fast the body automatically raises its own HGH. Fire and water. Seems like BS test to me. Can someone explain?
