I've just arrived home, 15 mins ago. Friday is always a pretty quite day, esp on warm days. Lately I focus on things like keeping constant tension and very slow negatives, call it mind-muscle training. As a result, the weights are low, but that doesn't matter.

sure do, and i'm mad as hell at myself that i didn't join one sooner
it feels great making such fast and outstanding progress, but it won't last so long as i can't keep going at this pace forever

my bench went up 10 kg in under one week and i just started squats and they will shot through the roof, me thinks, but i don't wanna get my legs too damn big, coz it looks goofy as fuck having godzilla thighs lol
