Legit as in "PhD who publishes training research," or "makes a lot of money from training people?" I know you're not part of the first group and she has you beat soundly in the second.
I realize you're all fired up now that you have lights installed at your facility but it's a bit early for self fallatio. The fact that you're not on television doesn't somehow make you any more legitimate than any other putzacking an educational background in kinesiology.
To answer the first part...are you saying that most of the research in let's say, the journal of S&C, PubMed, Kinesiology, Bio-mechanics, physiology, etc have no basis? Sorry if it doesn't meet the standards of flex, MD Men's health. LOL.
