i saw a natural bench warrior take his shirt off - it was worse than i thought

i thought this fella just had fatceps and a little beer gut

he's always doing 1-2 shitty reps with 120kg on the bench followed by another 3 heavily assisted reps

then walks off king of proud

i saw him change and oh god he had man boobs and a harnass of marshmellow fat all over his torso
