I believe China has reached the stage when it can't manage its own growth any more. God help us once this bubble burst.

they are trying to maintain economic growth by building these massive cities without proper management, urban planning, studies etc. It all need a time to be properly done.
All they do is providing a massive oversupply. Who in their right mind build whole cities in a matter of months (apart from China).
Economic growth is happening at such a great rate over there that there is simply not enough expertise to manage it, in my opinion (if possible at all).

well, we have Detroit almost becoming a ghost City. Chicago and Baltimore are violent as hell. America has a severe addiction problem---drugs, alcohol, and anything that feels good. Politicians don't care about their constituents, only about getting re-elected. All the government agencies are spying on the citizenry. No jobs, massive amount of Social Security Disability fraud...we are up to our eyeballs in problems...but you know YOLO.
