Local guy has them for sale....just curious how vintage are they?

I'm not sure when they first offered #100 plates, but 60's - early 80's was when that style was popular. They also offered an Olympic version which was just those standard types drilled out. They are a very common plate in standard size, 60 cents or less a pound would be my offer in nicer shape. I'd offer 50 cents/lb or less in shown condition.

I have that 100lb plate in my basement with the one inch hole. I use it on my plate loaded Jubinville standing calf machine. I bought it the early 80's. Kind of rare but there are plenty out there.

At .35, it might be worth it. Forget trying to get them milled out, unless you can call in a favor from a friend in that type of business. It's a pain in the ass, and the iron used in the plates isn't kind to the tools, so winds up really close to the cost of a new olympic plate.

Ed Jubinville made some old school gym equipment, very popular with the benches, not Olympic width but very strongly built.  I have the same exact plates in my basement as well, over .50lb is way to much offer .35lb.  Get a can of flat black spary paint at Walmart and shoot them over to look brand new and prevent more rust....
