I am not arguing the OC overall.  You know where i stand on it.

But the issue here still remains.

Its a win, win, unless someone can come up with some actual details.

1.  Employer pays less AND keeps P/T employee
2.  P/T employee gets better care
 

But what about the cost to the employee if he has to pay for a product that costs him more now and gets worse coverage?  Again - under OC there are no new providers, no new hospitals, nothing but a mandate to purchase a policy as dictated by the govt

That's not happening.  That's like arguing that energy cost are going to skyrocket if we don't invest heavily in green energy.

Mine did go up 16%.  They didn't list ACA as the reason though.  but what ever  lol.  f-ing bastards.

Of course they didn't - you think they are going to blame the regulating agency w the ability to fine them?

They have to cover more shit - you pay for it - that simple. 

If the govt said your auto policy had to cover flat tires, windshield wiper replacements and oil changes - guess what happens?
