I do 5 mins of Salute to the Sun yoga and 10 pushups every morning before breakfast - I note my 9am students are typically half-awake an unable to engage brain in simple cognitive tasks while I am all fired up with all neurons working - how much is exercise and how much is breakfast (they often skip) I'm not sure - but it works for me !
