From fat to fit in just ONE HOUR: Tricks used by the fitness industry show just how easy it is to fake a dramatic transformation
These remarkable shots reveal just how easy it is to fake dramatic weight loss - with some clever illusions that are tricks of the trade in the billion-dollar diet and fitness industries.
Personal trainer Andrew Dixon shows in a step-by-step guide just how the inspirational weight loss images used by large companies can often be explained by some
clever lighting, quick shave and a change of shorts.
In the first imag, Dixon explains that he weighed 185lb and had 16 per cent body fat.
In just one hour, the personal trainer took the amazingly different second pictureMr Dixon
took the first picture in slightly baggy blue board shorts with scruffy hair and a beard, explaining that he was feeling bloated that day.
He then shaved his head, beard and chest and changed into a pair of black shorts with a slimmer cut.
He then did several sets of push-ups and chin-ups to tighten his muscles. When it came to taking the shot, the personal trainer adjusted his bedroom lighting to create more shadows. He then sucked in his gut and tightened his abs and ta-da! the transformation was complete.
Galineko and No one have a lot to answer for lol
