I ate a huge meal of white rice, potatoes and polenta together. Low and behold I fell asleep for awhile without being aware of it. Why the fuck does that happen. I'm thinking that it was just so my body used superior glycogenesis to load the muscles with carbs (and energy). Just like I wanted. But it is not that practical to fall asleep.
I remember TA saying that it don't matter if you eat all the sugar at once or spread it out during the day when he and Bob were arguing about it about 7 years ago.
Advice?
