On July 26, 2013 two Escambia Co. Sheriff Officers savagely beat and brutally assaulted an unarmed Devon Walker, as his wife Tiffany Walker watched in horror. You should at least post a link to the actual article, especially since "Devon Walker" is the name of some college kid that was paralyzed in a football game, and that ranks much much higher in Google search that this guy.

Anyways... doing a bit more research on this, I stumbled across this page http://rollingout.com/criminal-behavior/devon-walker-beating/ which includes a bit more background.
