waist is trim, back is wide again with lats flaring, arms are large. Shawn Perine says arnie looked amazing, best shape in 10 years.
Lets be honest he's got the time again now he's not governor plus he's got movie roles to convince in. Sabotage even has a gym training scene.

Actually Arnold used to workout barefooted up until 1975 or so, (as he was walking towards Hollywood he started to wear sneakers)....

 Anyways some good 38 years later, Here  we have Arnold turning 66, and to trigger muscle memory he started walking barefooted in the gym like an hour before the actual footage took place!!! , by the time he was ready to train you could easily see the old lion was back! something like a magical ritual that could not be described with words.....  veins pumping on his biceps and forearms, and he could even hear Master blaster say " work those biceps Arnie, this will be the best selling M&F issue   ;)
