I have a new policy of locking myself in gym for 90 minutes. 5 days a week. No more counting sets, exercises, etc... I just train 90x5 each week.
As a result, I'm doing way more volume than usual. Appetite is HUGE and I'm growing. But it's like 7 real meals each day now. And I had some junk yesterday (nutter butter cookies) and I wanted to puke after. Once you stop junk for a while, it often makes you feel like ass when you finally do eat it.
