A secret weapon with the guys I train for competition is Gable's DVD "Keys to Mental Toughness" it's great for any grappling art (BJJ, judo, obviously wrestling).

I just read this as well, great article.

Even "The Iron Sheik" has nothing but good things to say about the man (and Sheik hates everybody).

dude was a MACHINE and really a true one of a kind

he's the one guy who made it through AJ's nautilus training circuit on the 1st try without passing out or tossing and AJ was duly impressed

and that's really saying something, as AJ did not give out compliments so easily
