i know it works through many complex pathways

now this is one of those subjects i used to know alot about but forgot what i learned on it, if my memory serves me correct , one of the pathways by wich caffiene acts is through its use of calciu

the thing is caffiene is too strong for me i only need it to lift weights but then i need to come down immediatly

so maybe plenty of yogurt after a diet sunkist and a workout would be key for me

the sunkist would bolt me up with 41 miligrams of caffiene while eating the yogurt after the workout should erase some of the stimulant effect. or in other words ABSORB THE TANNINS

yes i remember reading that yogurt absorbs the tannins, tannins are in tea and coffee correct?

am i 100 percent right

this would seem like a sound solution for those of us who know caffiene works but need to come down off of it immediatley after we receive our workout benefit from it
