Guy's everyone who was doing heavy manual work all his life suffer from health
issues (let's say miners) & they don't make to 70 or 80.
There are people who work hard demanding physical jobs and die very old... There are people who work hard demanding physical jobs and die sooner...
It's a lot more complicated than that. Anyone who s healthy , doesnt smoke, drink, abuse food /drugs/stress and has a decent physical activity and the physique suited for said activity will adapt and live long barring no genetical illness like cancer etc.
It's all about how you adapt, forcing things is never recommended. I know ectos , mesos and endos who can take a beating 40 to 50 hours of physical job a week without taking too much damage as long as they dont abuse an unehalthy lifestyle , most of the time caused by psychological problems. Most of the time they re depressed not because of the job, but because of personal problems, which cause them to use drugs to cope. Some dont do any drugs, lift weights moderatly, have stable families, they re doing just fine and will probably "last long" enough to see their kids grow up.
Know yourself and find your place accordingly , it's all about creating the best conditions for your survival taking what you re capable of realistically into consideration.
