DEA, dumbass, not FDA.  The FDA isn't a criminal law enforcement agency, they just regulate everything from food additives to non-scheduled prescription drugs (shit like cholesterol meds, pennicilin, etc).  The DEA is who you have to watch out for if you're trafficing steroids.
