because I have unlimited supply. lol.. #1.. and #2, I wouldn't say it's 'high'.. i'd say 4-5g/wk is the optimal dose for looking how I look, or how I want to look.

diet plays a big part.. probably 45% diet, 45% drugs, 10% training. Training is easy and simple... all you're doing is stimulating growth... if you don't have #1 enough nutrients and #2 enough hormones to use those nutrients, things don't work 100%..... and with my schedule, my diet sucks sometimes. total kcal's are usually lower than what they need to be, but my protein intake is adequate (hence me staying lean and separated).

I don't do mens physique... I just floated the idea since there's a guy in here getting ready for one in a week or two.. I dunno which, I just considered jumping in last min, since my legs are down since my spider-bite/abcess.

my delts and back will look outta place on a mens physique stage... it'd be a funny sight.... and my stomach is getting turtle-bellied from all the ice cream and ego's I've been eating before bed. lol.... still have an 8-pack and ripped serattus though. lol.
