Another training tip for you Cyp.....if you see a really skinny twink struggling to do a chinup, or bench press. Point and laugh, and then say "what did you expect stupid, you don't have any muscle on your entire body. It's a wonder you can breathe."  This really helps motivate them  

This is an official Groink dare by the way.  I've done this..no lie.


 I knew the guy, he's a 140 pound personal trainer at my gym...but still, I don't know him that well and he was brutally pwned in front of his boss.
