whilest shopping at aldi ( after completing a good chest/shoulders/tri session prior ), i had completed my usual grocery shopping consisiting of cheap frozen fishys etc...

as i walked down the home improvement isle a hot blonde caught my eye, she gave me a good look over then picked up a stud detector, pointed it at me, pressed the button and mouthed a BEEP BEEP BEEP..

i was going to step up and move in, then i noticed her elbows were too pointy, her ankles also looked half an inch to big for her calfs , so i walked away in disgust

those pointy elbows would have killed your erection if you had gone back to her place

you should maybe have thrown in a lat spread and shouted boom before walking away

i was still in the 'anabolic window' at the time, i didnt want to confuse the process by throwing lat flexing into the mix

( shuttling the whey/creatine/dextrose into the body muscles worked )

there is nothing work fucking up the maximum muscle building environment created in the post workout window

to be fair im a little surprised you were walking up and down the ailes potentially catabolic cardio right there bro

very true... ive been giving some serious thought of getting carried out the gym in a stretcher and driven home, this is serios shit and shouldnt be underestimated
