Nothing, just a little theatrics. I spoke to him about 30 min. at the O. We had a laugh about his short time on this board. He said you guys were too much and he wouldn't be returning. He still looks great and has been working on a new product for training.

He came to speak at my school, extremely nice guy. Complimented me on my arms  :D

I've known Vince for years, he lives in Pembroke Pines,FL. I've got a few pics with him from the Southern States, from about 10 years ago!

Cool.... if there's one guy who i could pay to train with, it'd be Vince.

I learned a ton from his BTFO videos, using hammer strength machines in ways not strictly intended for by their manufacturer.

I'm sure he's got all types of tips n tricks
